Express seated neck and shoulder massage & hand massage

 

Every Wednesday we offer a selection of massage services:

 

Express seated neck and shoulder massages are 20 minute appointments in our massage room.  Relax with some gentle soothing music in the background and our trained massage therapist will be on hand to help you relax and unwind

Available from 1pm – 2.40pm

 

Hand massage

Available from 1pm – 2.50pm

 

On request, we can can also provide a combined massage and active listening appointment.  There is more information on our Active Listening service here: Active Listening
