Birthday Parties


Available Saturdays:
Morning: 10am – 1pm or
Afternoon: 12pm – 3pm

For only £60 we provide:

  • 3-hours exclusive use of the space including the sensory hub and large upstairs room in the wellbeing centre.
  • Staff will set up a variety of age appropriate toys and games in both spaces.
  • Staff can lead a song time with use of puppets, actions and dancing.
  • Time with the bubble machine.
  • If you are having a special theme staff will work with you to incorporate it into the day.
  • Tea and coffee station for adults.
  • Use of a Bluetooth speaker to play your own music.

Sensory Hub birthday parties are only suitable for preschool aged children. The sensory hub can hold up to 12 preschool children. Older siblings etc are welcome to come along and enjoy the party upstairs. You can bring your own party food and decorations.

We were looking for a venue for my daughter’s first birthday party as our house was too small to hold all of our family. I was delighted to hear that Agape hired out a community space and use of the sensory hub so we booked it straight away. Staff were so helpful throughout the build up to the party and was in touch regularly to organise everything. The upstairs space is bright and welcoming and was the perfect size for around 20-25 adults plus the babies. There was a tea/coffee station for the adults and lots of tables we used for food and drinks. The staff had set up little stations around the room for the babies with books, toys, sand pit and Duplo which really helped with the flow of the party and kept all of the babies happy. Once we had food, the Family Support Worker ran a little sing song/bubble session in the sensory hub which was fantastic! So much effort was put into the day by staff and we all had a wonderful time!
